Rebecca has been working with families as a doula and a childbirth educator since 1993. She is Mother to a wonderful son and lives in Ontario, Canada. Rebecca has attended hundreds of births as a doula, second attendant to midwives, and midwifery student and has also been privileged to attend births and work with refugee clinics around the world. In the antenatal and postpartum period, Rebecca supports the mother and family in a multitude of ways, including: helping couples breastfeed, supporting adopting mothers with breastfeeding, working within diverse populations (low income, cultural and language differences to my own, teenagers, and young women), survivors of abuse, survivors of breast cancer, parenting multiples (twins, triplets and more), supporting families with sleep issues, poor breastfeeding latches, over/under abundance of breastmilk, support with the developmental period of PURPLE crying and with medically fragile babies. She has also been a member of a number of local boards and committees, which have directly affected the culture, perception and policies regarding breastfeeding & parenting in her region.
Rebecca currently teaches Childbirth Education Classes both on-line and in person for several Midwifery practices and clinics in her area.

Andrea started her training in 1999 and she is a Certified Sleep Consultant, Gentle Sleep Coach, Birth and Postpartum Doula, and trained Childbirth Educator. She is the owner, primary Sleep Consultant and Postpartum Doula Coordinator for KinderSleep. Offering gentle support and sleep help for families. Andrea has helped over 3500 children and their parents get better sleep. Supportive of breastfeeding, attachment parenting, co-sleeping and informed choice. Sleep methods include coping and gentle strategies and gentle sleep coaching when appropriate, focusing on supportive methods such as fading.
Andrea is also a Gentle Sleep coach and Night Coach Instructor, training Coaches around the world to provide gentle support and guidance to families. She co-ordinates several family oriented on-line workshops and webinars.
